Job Summary
We are looking for a customer-focused and results-driven Renter Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the rental process, showcasing available properties or rental inventory, processing applications, and ensuring a seamless experience from inquiry to lease/rental agreement execution.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement: Greet incoming clients, answer inquiries via phone, email, or in person, and understand their rental needs and preferences.
Property / Product Tours: Conduct tours of available rental units
Customer Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for tenant or customer concerns, maintenance requests, or lease renewal options.
